The Hotel St. Michel dates to 1926 and was designed by architect Anthony Zink. A historic landmark, this European-style hotel is located in Coral Gables.
I like taking photos of doorway entrances. There are wonderful architectural elements in the entrance of this building, such as the coat of arms, elaborate double doors, and the scroll-like stone work framing the doorway entrance.
The palm fronds to the left of the entrance reminds us that we’re in a tropical setting.
